Lip Tie

My baby's upper lip seems tight, and I'm wondering if that's affecting their latch.

When the tissue connecting the upper lip to the gums is restricted, it can limit lip movement and make it harder for a baby to form a deep, comfortable latch. Our team evaluates lip mobility as part of a full feeding assessment.
